Tobias was born in an artist family from Haarlem, The Netherlands in 1977. He studied at The Hague Royal School of Arts in the Netherlands and then at Antwerp Royal School of Arts in Belgium. After twelve years in Belgium, he settled in Paris in 2008. He works either in Paris or in Haute-Marne (country side East from Paris). His oil painting works are regularly exhibited in galleries and different art salons.
