Born in May 23, 1947 in Trans-Baikal. He is the member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1980, member of the Union of Photographers of Russia since 2004, fellow of the USSR Union 1979-1980. In November 2001, was awarded the title - Honorary Golden Cavalier sign "Property of Siberia"(for his personal contribution to the development of the Siberian school of modern painting). In 2005, NI Rybakov was elected a member of Peter's Academy of Arts and Sciences.
