Nishikawa Yoichiro Japan Nishikawa Yoichiro was born in Saga in 1959. Saga is a prefecture located in the northwest part of the island of Kyushu, Japan and is prominent for producing ceramics and porcelain. The artist studied at Tama Art University of Fine Arts, Tokyo under master Ozuka Seishi. Following numerous solo exhibitions, the artist is widely collected around the world, including Singapore National Museum, Hamburg Museum of Art, Cincinnati Art Museum and by the Rockefeller Foundation. |
