ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jas Wong is a Hong Kong painter drawn to darkness, specifically a darkness without gloom. She is inspired by the expression of light through a restrained palette consisting mostly of black, white and blue. Wong started painting with acrylics for several years, she doesn't see her art as a carrier of some profound meaning, but a simple source of happiness: "they can mean whatever you want them to be."
