ABOUT THE ARTIST
Mishell Leong (b. 1978) is an internationally collected self-taught artist who is known for her bold, vibrant and highly textured work. Mishell is inspired by her joy for life and she expresses it through various mediums like acrylic, oil paint and watercolour. Her Asian upbringing during her childhood vs her adult years spent in the western world is a strong influence in her works and her natural ability to mix modern with classic, and traditional with contemporary.
