ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born in Guangdong Province, China, Zheng Zesheng (b.1972) is inspired by nature and his travels from around the world. Embarking on “spiritual walks” that took him to more than 80 countries, the artist seeks peace and meaning and then translates his enlightenment into vibrant and original paintings. Zesheng creates boldly tribal paintings that show his impressions of China’s ethnic minorities.
