Yang Xihong was born in 1975 in Qingdao, Shandong province. When she was little, she has already discovered her interest in art. She then learned from many old artists in Qingdao. In 2009, Yang graduated with a master’s degree at Chinese National Academy of Arts. She specializes in Chinese ink art, especially bird-and flower painting of freehand style. Yang, who arouses great attention of art field and collectors, is now an emerging female ink art artist in mainland China.
