Born in Taichung City, Taiwan in 1965. Acquired B.A. at the Department of Art in Fu Shing Kang in 1986, M.F.A. at Bellas Artes de la Universidad de Salamanca in Spain in 2000 and Ph.D. at the Graduate School of Painting, Reconstruction and Conservation in Spain in 2005.
