SPRING 2018 EDITION

THANK YOU FOR COMING TO THE SHOW

The 12th edition of the Asia Contemporary Art Show opened on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 at the Conrad Hong Kong with the exclusive UnionPay Private View followed by the UnionPay VIP Collectors Preview, and continued on Saturday with the fun HK Liquor Store Art Night, through the weekend and Monday. On show were more than 2,500 unique works of art spread across four floors comprising more than 80 art living spaces. The works included original paintings, limited editions, sculpture and photography from some of the world's most interesting emerging and mid-career artists, to those housed in private and public collections, and sold at auction.

EXCITING NEW FEATURES

Bringing a world of art to Hong Kong, the 12th edition of the Show featured Intersections: China, the second in the popular sector series, and Artist Dialogues, returning by popular demand. Both projects were aimed at connecting artists with collectors from Hong Kong and across Asia.

Intersections: China presented a series of dynamic and diverse works by selected galleries, artists and artist collectives that highlighted the conceptual artistic “intersections” between past and present, traditional and modern and East and West in contemporary Chinese art.

Artist Dialogues invited artists from around the world to exhibit in a solo or joint presentation. The 20 flexible art spaces, offered artists an intimate environment to sell their work to collectors, and to articulate their inspirations and artistic practice into a seeing and learning experience for visitors.
