The exciting 11th edition of the Asia Contemporary Art Show opened on Thursday, September 21st, 2017 at the Conrad Hong Kong with the exclusive UnionPay Private View followed by the UnionPay VIP Collectors Preview. The Show continued on Friday, with exciting HK Liquor Store Art Night, and throughout the weekend. On show were more than 2,500 unique works of art spread over more than 80 art living spaces, including original paintings, limited editions, sculpture and photography from some of the world's most interesting and promising artists – from emerging and mid-career artists, to those who have already achieved recognition in private and public collections, and at auction.



Bringing a world of art to Hong Kong, the 11th edition of the Show featured Intersections: Japan, the first in a new series that focused on the conceptual crossing of artistic ideas, and Artist Dialogues, an entire floor dedicated to solo and joint artist presentations.

Intersections: Japan presented a series of dynamic and diverse works that highlighted the conceptual artistic "intersections" between past and present, traditional and modern and East and West in contemporary Japanese art. Contemporary paper-cut, block print, ceramic works were also be on show.

Artist Dialogues invited artists from around the world to exhibit in a solo or joint presentation. Spread across more than 20 art spaces, artists enjoyed an intimate environment in which to articulate their artistic practice into a learning experience for the viewer.
