What information do we collect?
On some parts of the Site you may be able to register as an Exhibitor, Visitor or Media Contact, and if you choose to do so, we will ask for your name, email address, street address and other personal information. From time to time we may ask you for further information, for example, if you make a purchase, enter a contest, add a contribution to the site or complete a survey. If you contact us, make a complaint or report a problem with the Site or the Services, we may keep a record of all such correspondence to notify you about changes to the Site, the Services or the User Agreement. Our website is hosted by a third party, ABC Computer Systems Ltd, and has it’s own terms and conditions as to their liability. Please refer to their terms and conditions for more information. If you sign up for updates that are managed or offered by other persons or entities, they will obtain your information. A number of third party websites have links on the Site. If you link to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If we believe that your use of the Site is unlawful or damaging to others or is in breach of the User Agreement, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the Site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may transfer your information to destinations, other entities or companies, for example, where this is necessary in order for an Exhibitor to fulfil an order from you or process your payment. By submitting your information you agree to any such transfer, storing and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when it is being transmitted by you to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
